Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
