Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250.00 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $80.00 Plus $40.00 (less than 30 days) per day and/or Actual Utility Charge (30 days and more) per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
