• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250.00 will apply. A fee of $100.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $50.00 Plus $35.00 per day(Short Term) per day and/or 14 days or more - Actual Utility Charge per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
