This is a private secluded beautiful home in a gated community far from the madding crowd. It's quiet and beautiful out here at SkyBorne. The privately keyed community pool and jacuzzi are for residents only. There are chaise-lounges, BB Q's. The main house is beautifully furnished and has two master suites. 42 inch Flat Screen TV entertainment center in living room for your enjoyment. BBQ in your own backyard as well if you don't want to grill at the community pool. Garaged Parking. The house is completely surrounded with a six foot fence. Perfect if you have a small dog. Doggie door too.

The views out over The Painted Hills and to the San Jacinto mountain range and valley are nothing less than extraordinary and completely unobstructed by any other buildings whatsoever. At night, the city lights are also at your footstep. Gorgeous, and resulted in my purchasing the home.

• Palm Springs Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). This is a single family residence located almost exactly 10 miles from the very spot where Marylin Monroe was discovered at the Racquet Club in North PS, and is the same distance from the newly renovated (150 million dollars) Riviera Resort that is world class also on the North end of town. Additionally, this private gated community is only two miles from the I-10, giving you instant access to LA or SD without any of the noise. You won't hear anything but owls out here.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Your 25% reservation fee is non-refundable.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply. A fee of 100.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
