All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 11 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00/evening.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
