50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $49 per day. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
