Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
