Children over age 10 are allowed. The home is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac in the "Los Compadres" neighborhood of south Palm Springs. The swimming pool and yard are TOTALLY PRIVATE. The pool and yard are very sunny and warm, and there is a large covered lanai with a misting system off living/dining rooms, and adjacent to the pool. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill. There is also a 5 person HOT TUB/SPA in the backyard by the pool. Although normal check in is anytime after 2pm and check out is by 10am, we are happy to work with you to accomodate your desire for extended time at the house. Our ability to be flexible is subject only to whether the house is booked for the night prior to your arrival or the night of your departure.

• Although this home is located only 1.5 mi from the Palm Springs Inl't Airport, it is totally out of the flight path and offers a very quiet location.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley are the official "Golf Capital of the World", and for good reason. Three (3!) world class courses await you within one mile of this perfectly located home. In addition, there are over 100 golf courses in the Coachella Valley.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Smoketree Shopping Center (Ralph's Grocery Store, Long's Drug Store, dry cleaners, bagel shop, Post Office, etc.)is one mile from the home, approx 10 minute walk or easy short bike ride. Downtown Palm Springs and the Warm Sands area are less than 5 minutes away. Although one can easily access these immediate services by an easy walk or bike ride, guests generally rent a vehicle to gain greater access to the many activities, attractions, restaurants, and services available in the desert.
• All southern CA beaches are driveable within 2 hours.
