Master Bedroom

1 King Bed. King size bed and matching bedroom suite. This room is bright and has beautiful Plantation Shutters and a lovely window seat and matching spread, great for those afternoon reads.

1 Queen Bed. This room with its own bathroom is an ideal room for guests. Skylights make it nice and bright and it has blinds for those skylights. Also decorated in a palm desert motif.

2 Single/Twin Beds. This room is great for guests or grandparents, bright and cheerful with the bathroom just outside. Decorated with Palms and decorator cushions and basket weave furniture.

View

Beautiful views from the living, dining room and kitchen, of the Fairway with nothing to impede your view but greenery. Sit outside on the very large patio with table, chairs for 6 and also 2 lounge chairs, to expansive views, and to other homes quite a way off across the fairway to the north. Palm trees and green is the predominant outlook. Off to the right you can glimpse the beautiful mountains of Palm Springs.

More Information

There are 25 swimming pools, with one directly across from the front door: 27 Tennis Courts, Clubhouse. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 but can sleep 8 if necessary. The patio has been tiled and is colour co-ordinated to match the outdoor furniture. There is a kitchen window to pass out the items for outside meals. A gas BBQ is always at the ready for those fabulous outdoor chefs. Sliding glass doors with screens.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located right on the Golf Course - a quick walk or ride and you are right on the Golf Course. There is also a wonderful Clubhouse where you can enjoy the finest foods served by the Marriotts' Chefs at a reasonable price and served in casual patio style or more formal indoor dining.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Rancho Las Palmas Country Club is very centrally located on Bob Hope Drive and immediately next to The Marriott Palm Desert and across the street from "The River" where you can choose from a variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining, shops and a multi-plex cinema. Outdoor entertainment and crafts and lots of lively action always going on. Rancho Las Palmas while centrally located, is on the 27 Hole Golf Course and is many acres in area. A car is helpful and the buses are great. A golf cart is available should you need to shop and someone is using the car. A short drive will take you to the Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs "El Peseo Drive" where the best shopping anywhere in America is to be had. The location is the best. Many many restaurants and shops surrounding the Country Club.
• If you are staying for a while, why not take a 2 hour trip to the beach in San Diego or a 3 hour ride to Las Vegas or any of the many beaches up and down the beautiful Califronia coastline. Palm Springs has everything you need, but if you must have the water its only 2 hours away. One of the best and most central locations you could ask for.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
3% fee is added for credit card payments on the owner's portion.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of upon request.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
