Special Conditions
Pool heating (optional): The pool is naturally heated by the sun. In winter, however, you may prefer a higher temperature requiring the use of the gas heater (heated to 88 degrees fahrenheit). Because our rental rates are well below market, a nominal fee of $15/day will apply to help defray the cost of the gas heater.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Home is situated on the 6th fairway of the Palm Desert Country Club and within easy driving distance of more than 100 beautiful golf courses of the Coachella Valley. Try the gorgeous Desert Willows course in Palm Desert!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Groceries and restaurants 5 minute drive. El Paseo shopping district is a 10-minute drive as is the great Palm Desert weekend flea market at the College of the Desert.
• The beaches of Southern California are 2 hours away. Salton Sea is a 45 minute drive.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
