    This mid century modern house has views toward the mountains to the west. In Palm Springs 1950's modern homes, it was all about the views. This mid century home is noted for its ceiling to floor glass windows and views of the desert landscape. Because this is an Alexander designed "butterfly" model, there are pristine views out of each bedroom. The entire living room and kitchen have views through the "glass walls" to the private desert landscape and pool area of the back yard.

    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    If you cancel 7 or more days prior to arrival date and unit is re-rented, you will receive a full refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 125.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
