    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Deposit equal to 50% of the total rental rate, cleaning fee, and security deposit, is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If you cancel: prior to 45 days of scheduled arrival date, payments shall be refunded in full; within 45 days from scheduled arrival date, payments shall be refunded less 25%; within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, payments shall be refunded less 50%. Balance of your reservation will be due 14 days prior to your arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
