Great value for this centrally-located bright and airy condo. Central to everything. The large pool of our small 60-unit complex is visible from the condo and framed by gorgeous mountains and desert sunsets. Condo is well-appointed and well-maintained for guests. Two patios for outdoor dining. Pleasant 15 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. Grocery store and Starbucks are a one-minute walk from our tree-lined street.

    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 6.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
