    This unit features a private above ground hydro spa on the patio for your enjoyment. Small dogs will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact owner to discuss. A $250 cleaning deposit will be required and returned if unit is vacated in pre-rental condition after the stay.

    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of $500 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
