Small dogs will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact owner to discuss. A $500 security deposit will be required and returned if unit is vacated in pre-rental condition after the stay. This is a non-smoking unit, both inside and outside. Any evidence of smoking at the unit will result in the deposit not being returned.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of $500 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
