    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautiful **New Furniture** and ** New Pillow Top Mattress** - Attached master bathroom. Darkening shades. Sliding glass door reveals sparkling pool and beautiful mountain views. Nice and quiet, great to relax in. 27" TV/DVD and Cable.
    Bedroom
    1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Air Mattress (sleeps 2). Great room for another couple or the kids - lots of toys and pool toys located in closet. Small TV / VCR and movies provided.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    Great mountain views. Our condo is West Facing so you get the best view and sunsets!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques
    3% processing fee on all credit card transactions.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 18 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.00.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 70.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
