Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card
Security deposit authorization by credit card ($500).

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $20-40 (depends on season), no tax on pool heat. per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
