Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Refundable security deposit by credit card ($500).

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $25-35 (depends on season) per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
