The open floor plan offers a large living room with fireplace, dining room (seats 8), kitchen table (seats 4), large TV and stereo with surround sound. Luxury continues outside with a large pool, hot tub, BBQ, firepit and bar area surrounded by tropical landscaping and a mountain view.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Equal to damage deposit may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
