This hillside property has beautiful views of the mountains and the Coachella Valley and is a designer townhouse built around a 2-story atrium room containing a private hot mineral water Jacuzzi spa. The cathedral ceiling living room contains a fireplace and a wet bar. Located in the Highlands complex, there is a community swimming pool and an outside Jacuzzi also fed from by hot mineral water plus an attractive tennis court with a mountain view.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    All credit cards accepted through my PayPal account.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 12 years old.
    • Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100.00 extra cleaning will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00 per visit.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
