Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 20 miles away (30 minutes) and the Ontario Airport is approximately 60 miles (1 hour) away from the property.
Shopping and Dining
Groceries and restaurants 5 minute drive. El Paseo shopping district is a 10-minute drive as is the great Palm Desert weekend flea market at the College of the Desert.
Golf Courses
Home is situated on the 6th fairway of the Palm Desert Country Club and within easy driving distance of more than 100 beautiful golf courses of the Coachella Valley. Try the gorgeous Desert Willows course in Palm Desert!
Waterfront and/or Beach
The beaches of Southern California are 2 hours away. Salton Sea is a 45 minute drive.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is due on arrival.
