Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 will apply. A fee of $20 per day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Varies.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 35 per day and/or 200 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
