    • Nearby Attractions: The Palm Springs area has many activities such as golf tournaments, appearances of international singers and actors, the Date Festival, etc. The Palm Springs Follies are renowned, as is the Living Desert and the El Paseo shopping district. There is no shortage of upscale restaurants to enjoy. Los Angeles is about two hours drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 150 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
