This unit is exquisitely furnished and we have spared no expense in selecting the best mattresses, furniture, and decorations. This is our home away from home, which we also rent out to other families that are looking for a luxury vacation. Everything is included, full kitchen utensils, 3 flat screen televisions, 3 DVD/VCR players, washer & dryer, towels and linens.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 70.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
