One of the top 50 seafood restaurants in the United States "Captain Andersons" is within a 10 minute walk. There are also several other very good restaurants to include "The Treasure Ship", "Montego Bay", and "Hamiltons".
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The resort extends from the bay to the ocean. The walk is less than 5 minutes to the bay and less than 10 minutes to the beach.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
