There is a large kitchen that is well equipped for 6 people.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
The 30% deposit to confirm booking must be done via Direct Deposit to bank account. The balance is due on arrival in Cash.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 80.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
