Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Cash
If you cancel less than 60 days prior and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a $50 handling fee. There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented. Portion you paid to 'Owner Direct' is not refundable.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
