One Bedroom plus Loft facing Toby Creek- steps from Village Gondola

Our lower village condo is steps away from the village gondola leading to the upper village and the ski lifts, restaurants, or the fabulous large hot pools. The water slides only operate in the summer. Truly, a 4 season resort! Facing Toby Creek with it's peaceful sounds and views- it is well equipped for your home away from home vacation. All areas of the unit have been recently redecorated. Please note that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevators available.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
Payment by Visa or Mastercard available through Paypal only
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
