We prefer to rent to families or mature groups. Linens and bath towels provided.

7 nights for the price of 6 for weekly stays as long as booking is not over a Saturday and following Friday nights.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The town of Invermere is a short 20 minute (18km) drive for more shopping and dining options. The condo is located in the heart of the Panorama Mountain Resort village.
• Lake is located within a 20 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The town of Invermere is located on the shores of Lake Windermere which is great for swimming and boating. Award winning Greywolf golf course is 5 minutes down the road. The condo is also located within a 45 minute drive of many top notch golf courses located in the valley (CopperPoint, Eagle Ranch, Radium Springs and Fairmont Mountainside).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
