renovated unit withnew furniture and appliances. This newly renovated unit has 2 SOFA BEDS and 1 QUEEN SIZE bed. Excellent locaion - very close to gondola to take to main lift, no need to walk far with the Skis or chalet. Big 29" TV - stereo system with DVD player. Great wood burning fireplace to warm up with. Includes access to Panorama water slides, hot tubs and pools in Panorama village. Linens and towels are provided. There is outside patio furniture provided to enjoy the view of the mountains. Steps away from conveniences -store and liquor store, phone and mail box. Steps from pubs -restaurants and hot tubs! Great BBQ facilities close by. Come to enjoy !

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
payment can be made thru valid VISA OR MASTERCARD. require number, expiry date and name on credit card.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $85.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
