Bed Summary

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Two private bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, as well as two single beds in the loft complete the upstairs. One bedroom has a large pine armoire with lots of storage. The second bedroom is the quiet room in the unit and has it's own ceiling fan. The two single beds in the loft share a bedside table with drawers. Beautiful view from the large window.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Beautifully decorated. Bright and sunny with stunning views of the forested mountains and cascading white water river from every window.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2).

Loft

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2).

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

More Information

Deck has spectacular views of Toby Creek and the mountains. Serene and quiet. High-vaulted ceilings and lots of windows mean lots of natural light. There is no elevator in this building.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 5 minute walk south to village center and facilities
• Panorama is within 20 minutes of Lake Windermere. Another 10 minutes brings you to Columbia Lake. Both are great swimming, boating and fishing lakes.

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
