The kitchen is a large gourmet kitchen finished in the Arts and Crafts style with a Sub-zero refrigerator, a Wolf 36 inch gas range with convection oven and griddle, microwave and a Miele dishwasher. Ice can be made in the fridge/freezer in the lower level. Kitchen comes complete with an ice cream maker, food processor; your choice of drip or electric coffee percolator; coffee grinder.

Bedroom

2 Queen Beds. This is a 600 square foot loft and has a bathroom with shower. Desk area makes a great place to work, if you must.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed. Master bedroom has a wonderful view, walk-in closet and ensuite with shower. Speakers in ceiling operated by their own volume control. Wake up to a gorgeous view of the golf course and cross country trails.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. Cozy bedroom on lower floor next to full bathroom.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The cabin has beautiful views of the mountains,golf course and ski hill. The cabin sits on a very private wooded lot that is one and a half acres .

More Information

Panorama hotpools and swimming pool included in rental. This log cabin is a magical place. The mountains, the ski hill and Greywolf golf course are world class. The views are stunning from the cabin. Overlooking the fourth fairway of Greywolf and the south runs of the ski hill, it is not uncommon to have deer and moose grazing outside your window. The cabin is log and warmly furnished. Flooring is Brazilian Cherry throughout. The great room has a 25 foot ceiling and a massive stone fireplace. The upstairs loft has two queen size antique beds and a bathroom. On the lower level the master bedroom has a king size antique bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also another bedroom, sitting room, games table and bathroom on that level. There are beautiful cross-country ski trails, biking and hiking trails that you can walk to from the cabin. Having said that, if you want to drive, there are other fantastic golf courses, ski hills and hikes within a short drive. You won't want to leave!

The nearest major airport is in Calgary which is 285 kilometres away and the nearest train station is in Banff which is 170 kilometres away.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The walk to the club house generally takes between 10 and 15 minutes.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The walk generally takes between 10 and 15 minutes.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is dining at the main base of the hill which is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk. There is a sporting goods shop and gift shop located there as well. There is also dining at the Heli-Ski operation which about a 20 minute walk. There are more restaurants and shops in Inveremere which is about 20 kilometres away.
Beautiful Lake Windermere which is 20 kilometres away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If you cancel more than 45 days before scheduled arrival, 10% of the rent is forfeited, and the remaining 40% will be returned. Christmas booking is payable 60 days in advance and is not cancellable after that time.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
