1 Double Bed, 1 Single/Twin Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). Two single bunk beds are located in an alcove off of the living room. The living room sofa is a double hideabed. Linen and extra blankets for the hideabed are located in the closet. 1 Double Bed.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

There are unobstructed views up the ski hill. The base of the Toby Chairlift is 40 paces from our door. Watch your children ski from the comfort of your living room. Night skiing is also available on the Toby Chair.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

Our 1 bedroom ground floor unit (40466) and our two bedroom first and second floor unit (39024) have an adjoining door so the units can be rented separately or together making them ideal for two families or large groups. Both units were completely renovated inside and out in 2004.

• Calgary Airport is more than 120 minute(s) drive. The Calgary International airport is a 3.5 hour drive.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 7 golf course(s) nearby. Greywolf Golf course is just a short walk up the road. Many additional top-notch courses are available to the public a short drive away in the Windermere Valley including: Copper Point, Eagle Ranch, Radium Springs, Radium Resort, Windermere Valley, Fairmont Mountainside and Fairmont Riverside.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. The unit is immediately at the base of the Toby chair (40 paces from door to chairlift base)on Panorama Mountain. Toby chair has lighting for night skiing and is home to the terrain park. Watch the kids from your living room or strap on the skis or board and hop on the lift with them!! You can't get any closer!!!!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Dining is available in the ski hill village. Groceries are available at the Toby Creek convenience store. Additional shopping and dining is available in the town of Invermere, 20 minutes drive from the ski hill.
• Lake is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. The town of Invermere is located on the shores of Lake Windermere. The town is a short 20 minute drive down from Panorama Mountain. There are two public beaches in Invermere, James Chabot Provincial Park and Kinsmen beach. The lake is warm enough for swimming and large enough for boating.

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
