    Large deck with patio furniture and propane BBQ. Access to Panorama swimming pool(summer) in lower village. Walkout basement has extra fridge and freezer, plus ski workbench. Entrance way to walkout basement is wood parquet floor. The living area in basement is finished with carpet and suspended ceiling.

    • Panorama is 3-4 hour drive from Calgary International Airport.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The award winning Greywolf golf course is .5 km, and takes 2-3 minutes to drive to the Clubhouse.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Quad chair and main day lodge is 5 minute walk from cabin.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are restaurants on the hill within 5-10 minutes walking distance or drive 18km's to Invermere for more dining and shopping.
    • Lake Windermere is 20-30 minute drive to the nearest public beach.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00/pet will apply. A fee of $50.00 per night will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
