2 Single/Twin Beds. This room is located on the upper (main) level of the house and has chintz fabris with a large bureau, morror, chair and closet.

1 Queen Bed. This room is located on the first floor of the house. It has a bureau, closet and chair, as well as bedside tables. Chintz fabric on down duvet cover.

2 Single/Twin Murphy/Wall Beds. This room has 2 leather couches and a chair and serves as a separate living room for children. This room is located on the first floor of the house.

View
From the living room and the two, west facing decks on this unit, you have a spectacular view of the snow capped mountains in the winter, and the Greywolf Golf Course in the summer. The Mount Monument view is directly west of the house. The dining room has a view of the hillside forest, often frequented by deer. The master bedroom also has a forest view. The fourth bedroom/living room has it's own deck and views of the golf course.

The views from the wrap around decks on this unit are fabulous! Amenities, such as the pools located at the hill, are available to guests staying in this unit. There are also several restaurants, as well as babysitting services available.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is roughly a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 nt plus taxes (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
