• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit overlooks the 9th Green of the award winning Grey Wolf Golf Course.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Just a short walk to Panorama's Starbird Chair.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are plenty of restaurants to chose from at Panorama, all within walking distance. There is lots of shopping in Invermere which is a 20 minute drive from the condo, however there are a few shops on the mountain within about a 15 minute walk.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Invermere is a 20 minute drive from this Condo, and had a public beach for your use.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
