• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). The condo is located in the heart of the lower village. 1 minute to/from ski runs. A 2 minute walk to the gondola which will take you the day lodge and main lift. You can ski down the Toby run to get back to the condo complex.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). Panorama is located 18kms from Invermere. Panorama has many restaurants, lounges, and shops, but essential shopping is located in Invermere.
• Lake is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Right by the Toby Creek River. However, Windemere Lake is an 18 km drive where there is a large public beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
