    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
