Nikà is a characteristic and romantic "dammuso", a typical construction of the Pantelleria Island, situated in the south-western part of the island that dominates over a large stretch of the sea and in the distance, on clear days, the coast of Africa. The property is situated within the setting of gentle terracings that slope down towards the sea with low vineyards, olive trees and American aloe plants. The interiors areas of the dammusi are generally limited while the outdoor areas are well equipped. Peaceful position, but not secluded in that about 80 m there are 2 other dammusi on another property. Broad views of the countyside and the sea. Covered and reserved parking. Aprox. 500 m of dirt track road not advised fro sport cars. DISTANCES: 2 km Scauri (basic necessities, pharmacy, small emporium, bar, restaurant). The sea (cliffs) is 3.6 km away (on the island there aren't any beaches).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with double bed in an alcove and access onto a pretty terrace that is shaded and equipped (25m2), 1 bathroom with shower. From the terrace, going up you access to a small hallow with outdoor shower and to the roofs of the dammuso; going down you reach an internal patio (25 m2) equipped with dining take and 2 small kitchens (room used on windy days). Reasonably comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
