Charming holiday house obtained from uniting a series of ancient "dammusi", typical buildings of the Pantelleria island, and characterised by a series of terraces skilfully placed around the dammuso and equipped for pleasant outdoor living. Peaceful position. Broad view of the sea. The accommodation is characterised by a large equipped terrace (100 m2) (situated near the entrances to the bedrooms and to the living room), a second terrace made into a dining room with barbecue and a third suntrap terrace near the irregular shaped-swimming pool (5x7) (03/05-04/10). A part of the house is attached to a family property that is completely independent. Access to the house along a country road not suitable for sport cars. The roads on the island are for the most part narrow and disconnected: we suggest that you rent a small car on location. Parking. DISTANCES: 900 m the sea (can be access by walking along pathways), 1.9 Scauri (small harbour with restaurant), 9 km Pantelleria (harbour and all kinds of shops).
ACCOMMODATION: (150 m2) Gr. fl. (access from the large terrace): living/dining room (TV), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom in alcove with an additional 3rd bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 small double bedroom with bed in alcove and small bathroom with shower. 1 large double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower, 2 small bathrooms with shower. (In the outbuilding near the kitchen) Gr. fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, small kitchen for preparing breakfast. Washing machine located in an external room. It is possible through the owner to book a gozzo of approx. 10 m (for 6 people) to be requested and paid for on site. The house has large water cisterns which will be filled upon arrival and which are sufficient (attentive use) for a holiday of a week; extra fillings will be charged to the guests (120 Euros to be paid directly on site).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
