The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is fully furnished with modern furniture, fully fitted kitchen and air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and fully fitted wardrobes. The lounge also has 2 sofa beds. The patio overlooks the pool and has table and chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. Travel Cot and High Chair also available. There is a private parking bay to the rear of the apartment that is lined with orange trees. The pool is a very good size complete with ornamental bridge and kiddies paddling pool.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
