A screened in lanai adds another room to this studio unit. 180 degree windows add to the charm. The sounds of birds will awaken you to the sunrise each morning.

The deck is a screened in lanai. There are ceiling fans, cable TV and DVD player. Wifi is available in various locations on the property. Use of a BBQ can be arranged. There is a 40 foot heated saline lagoon swimming pool (overlooking the tennis court), basketball area and more. There is a regulation sized tennis court; no extra charge for court time. This location is perfect for animal lovers and adventurists. The friendly residents consist of three sheep, two dogs, three cats and a large tortoise . At dawn and dusk the huge banyon tree is alive with the twittering and song of a hundred birds. Adventurists can travel easily to dozens of local sites, including Volcanoes National Park, Lava Cliffs, Lava Tree Park, Ahalanui Park Warm Pond, swimming and surfing at Isaac Hale Park, McKenzie Park, black sand beaches, Akaka Falls, Rainbow Park, Botanical Gardens, Hamakua Coast.
