In addition there are 2 tavernas with authentic Cypriot cuisine as well as a delicious kebab takeaway (and delivery). The do delicious pizzas! Other restaurants and shops are a mere 5 minute drive down to the water front.

• Nearby Attractions: Just 3 Kms from ‘Eirini’ is the Santa Marina Retreat (formerly ‘Elias Country Club”) where there is a Golf driving range, quad bike and buggy riding; there is also a very large stable of horses. Whilst some are champion show jumpers and flat racers, there are many others that can be taken for a ‘hack’ around the surrounding countryside. Riding lessons are also available both at Santa Marina and the nearby Amathous Riding. There is a new village winery with Visitor Centre 5 min drive from the Villa. This opens in early 2008. Water sports are available on the seafront beside many of the large hotels - access for the public.
100 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 10 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
