30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
