This 50Sq apartment is located where the movie "Amelie Poulain" took place so you will definitely recognize the area!Its Indonesian style will make you feel at home straight away. Everything is new as all the furniture and equipment was bought in February 2008. Decoration is very cozy : candles, white sofas, wooden floor....and you will love the area, this is like being in a small village : in the building's street, there is the best cheese shop of Paris, a great delicatessen shop, few wine shops and brilliant restaurants....

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10€ per hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
