    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash
    DEPOSIT PAYMENT - We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card through PayPal or bank transfer.The euro is the only accepted currency. BALANCE PAYMENT and REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - The balance and the refundable security deposit must be paid at latest 30 days before the arrival date, by credit card through PayPal.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 euros/hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
