The oven is microwave/grill. The fridge is a double-door, 4* to keep food for several months

The unit has windows in every room.
Bedroom and living room are Southeast, sun rising there. There is a large yard with plants and you have view to the roofs of the neighborhood buildings, not blocked.
Kitchen faces West, sun sets, there is a building in front, but you are at the top floor.

• Paris-Orly Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. There are two airports in Paris. Orly and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle. Most of the international flights arrive at Roissy. Chartered flights may arrive at Orly, and of course the time to go home depends on the traffic.
There are also several public transportation's
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There are several buses, subway stations (metro) and train within 5 minutes
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. There are several restaurants right in front of the building. The closest supermarket is 2 minutes walk. Fruits/vegetables market across the street twice a week, and a nice, large street market 10 minutes away everyday except Monday
• River is located within a 5 minute(s) walk.
• Nearby Attractions: Jardin des Plantes with several museums 3 minutes walk. Everywhere in Quartier Latin by bus less than 10 minutes away
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

We accept cash or wire transfers to our bank account in euros. Transfers fees have to be added.
The money has to be received (or at least a reference number) prior check-in.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 16 years old.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
