Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 15 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20€ per Maid service.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
