30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
Upon request , we may accept credit cards .Reservations can be postponed by gentlemen agreement .
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 euros an hour .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
