The airport is about a 1 minute drive/taxi from the property. About one hour and fifteen minutes from De Gaulle by public transportation - taxi 40 minutes.
The shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. Shopping and dining in close proximity - centrally located. It is located 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and one hundred yards from the Metro station Charles Michels. Together with three bus lines, it gives a very convenient access to all the other tourist sites.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is due on arrival.

Children of all ages are allowed.
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).
One-time fee of 50.00 (USD) for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
