30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

1.RESERVATIONS
After verifying availability , fill out the "Reservation" form with your name, address, telephone #, e-mail address, dates for your stay, & number of persons.
2.DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.
3.BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at 7 days prior the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 euros/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
