From the kitchen, there is a full view of the Eiffel Tower. The living room and bedroom have a view onto trees.

• By taxi 40 minutes to Charles de Gaulle Airport. About one hour and fifteen minutes from De Gaulle by public transportation.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping and dining in close proximity - centrally located. It is located 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and one hundred yards from the Metro station Charles Michels. Together with three bus lines, it gives a very convenient access to all the other tourist sites.
20% of rent & 100 cleaning fee required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
